A new restaurant at Hotel Indigo wanted to achieve an extremely high-end appeal with its wine selection and turned to Vigilant to come up with solution. We designed a full seven cabinet bank of refriegerated wine cabinets that were custom built to mesh with the existing decor of the restaurant and that would display right in the dining area.

In one of Vigilant's largest and most challenging projects, the new restaurant Southern Prime, located in Southern Pines, NC, wanted to secure their impressive display of wine in glass enclosed, two and a half story, refrigerated, built-in wine display cabinets with multiple serving temps. Wow, a great project.
